Fresh Fish List — April 16, 2026
This week we've got a beautiful haul coming up from the Gulf, and it's one of the best selections we've had all spring. Here's what's hitting the ice this Wednesday:
What's Fresh This Week
Wild-Caught Red Snapper — Whole fish and fillets available. These are coming from the Gulf waters off Destin. Beautiful color, firm flesh, perfect for grilling or pan-searing. $24/lb for fillets, $16/lb whole.
Jumbo Gulf Shrimp (16/20 count) — Head-on and head-off available. These are the big boys — sweet, firm, and perfect for a boil or grilled on skewers. $14/lb head-on, $18/lb peeled and deveined.
Fresh Grouper Fillets — Black grouper from the Gulf. Thick, meaty fillets that hold up to any cooking method. One of the most versatile fish we carry. $22/lb.
Live Blue Crabs — By the dozen. Steam them, boil them, or let us pick the meat for you. $6/each or $60/dozen.
Oysters — Half-shell ready from Apalachicola Bay. $18/dozen.
"We drove down Tuesday night and picked these up right off the boats. You can't get fresher than this unless you catch it yourself." — Paul
Market Hours This Week

Coming Next Week
We're expecting a shipment of swordfish steaks and soft-shell crabs. Follow us on Facebook for updates as the truck comes in.
