Wacky Wednesday: Crab Stuffed Salmon & Sweet Chili Shrimp

Wacky Wednesday is back, and this week we went all out. Two specials, both ridiculous, both priced to move.

Crab Stuffed Salmon with Cajun Shrimp — $25

This is a full-size salmon fillet, butterflied and stuffed with our house crab mixture — the same jumbo lump crab we use in our famous crab cakes. Then we top it with Cajun-seasoned Gulf shrimp and finish the whole thing with a creamy sauce that ties it all together.

It's rich, it's indulgent, and it's the kind of dish you'd pay $40+ for in Nashville. We're running it at $25 because that's what Wacky Wednesday is all about — giving you something special without the special occasion price tag.

Sweet Chili Shrimp on Crispy Rice — $20

You already know this one. Golden crispy rice, sliced baby cucumbers, house-made garlic aioli, perfectly fried shrimp, sweet chili sauce, and sesame seeds. It's been one of our most popular specials ever since we started running it, and for good reason — the combination of textures and flavors is addictive.

If you haven't tried it yet, this is your sign. If you have tried it, you don't need convincing.
